This individual will be responsible for incoming customer calls, walk in clients and selling GET and Rigging products. Responsibilities also include entering customer orders, customer quotations and follow-up and working with internal and external customers regarding delivery schedules. This position requires the successful candidate to be available for on call duties.
As the successful candidate you will possess a combination of the following:
- Minimum Grade 12 education and previous customer service experience.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to meet deadlines and contribute positively to a quality team environment.
- Knowledge of the heavy equipment industry, and work experience in a related field will be considered assets.
- Proficiency with the MS Office package and DBS experience will also be considered assets.

LOCATION: GRANDE PRAIRIE
Duties include:
- Load and unload trucks, and provide customer service to walk-in customers.
- Handle all walk-in returns.
- Stage orders.
- Double check product on pick tickets.
- Keep all areas swept and organized including the yard.
- Maintain and submit accurate records for inventory transactions.
- Track and follow-up on paperwork and product.
- Act as a back-up for stock transfer.
- Housekeeping in the Warehouse.
- Operate a Forklift.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Shift work may be required.
Qualifications:
- Must have minimum grade 12 education.
- Basic knowledge of Titan product lines and inventory is an asset.
- Must have a working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Outlook. Previous experience with an inventory system or AIMS is considered an asset.
- Must possess a high degree of accuracy and pay attention to detail.
- Must be Customer Service orientated and be able to maintain sound internal and external customer relations.
- Strong communication, time management, organization and prioritization skills.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure.

OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
LOCATION: EDMONTON
Reporting directly to the Edmonton Branch Sales Manager, this individual will be responsible for managing and growing an assigned territory through the sale of GET and Rigging product. The successful candidate will be responsible for all sales activities in assigned accounts or region, manage quality and consistency of product and service delivery and ensure the customers in the sales territory are being developed, properly maintained, called on and serviced to Titan Supply LP expectation. The Sales Representative is required to conduct business in a professional manner ensuring all customer deadlines are met and pricing is accurate. The Sales Representative will be expected to maintain the company’s gross profit margin and grow sales revenue within the assigned territory.
As the successful candidate you will possess a combination of the following:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A working knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.
- Strong problem solving, decision making and negotiation skills are required as is the ability to develop and deliver presentations while maintaining a positive and professional appearance to both internal and external customers.
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively under pressure and perseverance to succeed in a sales role. A minimum of Grade 12 education combined with 2 – 3 years previous sales experience in a heavy equipment or related industry is preferred.

TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE- WEAR PRODUCTS
Location: Edmonton
Reporting directly to the Edmonton Branch Sale Manager, you will be responsible managing a group of key customer accounts related to their specific product focus and all sales activities in assigned accounts or regions. As the successful candidate, you will ensure that customers in the sales territories are being developed, maintained, called on and serviced to Titan Supply LP expectation. The Technical Sales Representative will work closely with territory sales representatives and branch employees on promoting their product and are expected to conduct business in a professional manner, maintain company’s gross margin and sales revenue goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish client relationships, and manage sales of products and services to key customer accounts.
- Communicate with the Sales Representatives and Inside Sales to understand market conditions and competitors activities.
- Evaluate markets and opportunities and assist in sales & marketing programs.
- Work with Branch Sales Manager and Sales Reps to develop product marketing plans.
- Assist in the evaluation the effectiveness of sales programs and results of product specials.
- Provide training and support on specific product responsibility to branch employees.
- Work with sales on product pricing, with a focus on improving gross margin levels, and growth opportunities
- Work with Supply Chain department on product inventory levels for sales programs, seasonal requirements and surplus inventory programs.
- Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
- Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up and submit weekly sales call and expense reports.
- Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate departments.
- Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events related to assigned product group.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Relevant Titan Supply sales experience and extensive knowledge of Titan wear products.
- Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and influence others.
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
- Team oriented and strong communication skills.

This position will be responsible for the fabrication of all types of wire rope assemblies he/she has been trained for and will be responsible for attaching terminations to wire rope and running the lengths of wire rope onto reels or coils. This person must understand and follow Titan’s policies and procedures and must display a positive attitude and act in a professional manner at all times.

- Previous related experience with coiler/reeler, press and testbed operation.
- Must demonstrate good communication skills and time management skills.
- Must have a good understanding of wire rope sizes, construction, modification techniques and the handling procedures.
- Must be well organized and have the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Must have a high degree of accuracy and pay attention to detail.
- Must have Titan Forklift Certification.
