Grader Blades

Titan carries a range of OEM replacement grader blades including double bevel curved edges and flat edges, serrated and non-serrated. Blades are available with tungsten carbide inserts to extend the wear life.

We also carry scarifier bits and boards for grader systems including carbide tipped replacement tools designed for high wear and extreme service. Carbide bits offer improved rotation characteristics and are available for all makes of graders, trenchers, road milling, and reclaiming machines.

Bucket Teeth

Titan carries teeth for Caterpillar®, John Deer®, Komatsu® and many other OEM machines. Teeth available include standard, long, penetration, abrasion, tiger, twin tiger, flare, rock chisel and more. We carry the highest quality brands of replacement teeth.

Ripper Teeth

Call Titan for high quality Ripper teeth, ripper shanks, ripper shank protectors, ripper repair parts, scarifier shanks, scarifier tips for Caterpillar®, Komatsu® and Esco® machines.

Wear Plates & Protection

Titan provides top quality wear plates including corner protectors with a round edge or a square edge, weld-on lip shrouds, curved or straight heel shrouds. Our sidebar protection plates for buckets are available for Caterpillar machines and in a universal model for various bucket types.

We carry the Kennametal KenCast™ line of wear protection using tungsten carbide to help your parts last even longer. If you need custom wear plates Titan can work with Kennametal to get the parts you need.

Grouser Bars

Grouser bars or ice lugs are available with carbide or PTA overlays and come in a standard selection of sizes. Titan offers standard, heat treated and new Chrom-X extreme service grouser bar material in both 10ft standard bar length or pre cut Ice Lugs (3” to 6” Lengths). Choose the length, width and height you need for your machine and Titan will do the rest!

Titan carries the quality sweeping brooms and parts from United Rotary. Our selection includes Tube brooms, strip brooms and gutter brooms for street sweeping and road building applications including the innovative blue steel technology that delivers superior performance.

Titan carry’s a wide selection of United Rotary street sweeping and road building wafers in both flat and convoluted styles or spacerless convoluted for the road building and attachment industry. Available in poly or wire filament or as a combination you have the option to customize your broom for the sweeping conditions whether debris or snow. Available in a variety of sizes.

Strip Brooms

Strip Brooms are designed to sweep debris to the center of the sweeping path for more efficient pickup and even hopper loading. They are efficient for storage and are easy to install and replace.
